After missing for almost nine months, Ronald McDonald is back in Ripon. Ripon Police say over the weekend they worked with the Green Lake County Sheriff’s office after a Ripon resident reported seeing a six foot tall Ronald McDonald statute at a campground in Green Lake County. Green Lake County Officers found the statute at a campsite and questioned the individuals present. They stated they found him abandoned in some property a while ago. Officers took the statue and the owners of Ripon’s McDonalds positively identified it. The statute originally went missing in the Fall of 2013.
