MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin wildlife officials are warning hunters, trappers and sturgeon spearers the application deadline for fall and winter season permits is approaching. Anyone planning to participate in fall turkey, bobcat, fisher, otter, wolf or upriver lakes sturgeon seasons must submit their permit applications by Aug. 1.
