BERLIN, Wis. (AP) — Authorities have released the names of two people shot dead in Berlin, Wisconsin. Police say 28-year-old Melissa Truinstra and 28-year-old Justin Daniels were murdered Saturday. The village of Oakfield in Fond du Lac County is under a boil water restriction until further notice.  Residents are being asked to discard any ice, food, and beverages prepared with unsafe water.
