10-21-14 charges referred to da’s office in dodge county homicide case

First degree intentional homicide charges have been referred to the Dodge County DA’s Office against a Milwaukee woman in connection with a town of Fox Lake murder.  Thirty year old Kriscilla McHenry was arrested last month and is being held  in the Dodge County Jail on $50,000 cash bond.  Mchenry faces charges of  first degree intentional homicide and auto theft.  Dodge County sheriff Pat Ninmann says McHenry turned herself in last month to Milwaukee police.  Ninmann says McHenry is a suspect in the homicide of a 43 year old town of Fox Lake man in August and investigators believe McHenry stole the victim’s vehicle after  leaving his apartment August 19th:   McHenry is currently the subject of a mental competency proceeding in another open Dodge County case.  The Dodge County DA’s Office says any charging decision would be premature  until the current competency issue is resolved.  The  Court has scheduled further competency proceedings for December 8th.
