A pre-sentence investigation has been scheduled for one of two Fond du Lac men convicted of participating in a business burglary spree.  Anthony Buechel and James Meisner were arrested in February for burglarizing several businesses including taverns in the city of Fond du lac and Fond du lac County.  Meisner  pleaded no contest to one count of burglary.  A deferred prosection agreement was ordered on two other counts and 25 counts were dismissed and read into the record.  Meisner was placed on probation and ordered into drug court.  His probation was later revoked and a sentencing hearing will be held following a pre-sentence investigation. Buechel is charged with five counts of burglary, six counts of theft, five counts of bail jumping and two counts of criminal damage to property.
