MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Former Republican state Senator Joe Leibham is joining the state’s largest law firm as its head lobbyist. Foley and Lardner announced Wednesday that Leibham will begin the new job on Monday. Leibham resigned his Sheboygan Senate seat on Monday after losing in the Republican primary for Congress to Glenn Grothman.
