One of three men arrested in connection with the robbery of a Tucker’s restaurant employee four years ago has been convicted of an amended charge. Thomas Livangood pleaded no contest to false imprisonment, battery and theft. He was originally charged with armed robbery. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. Livangood and two others were arrested in the robbery of a Tucker’s restaurant employee in May of 2010. Police say the three approached the employee after the restaurant had closed for the night and grabbed the bank deposit bag.
