A Milwaukee woman accused of killing a town of Fox Lake man in August is scheduled to make her initial Dodge County Circuit Court appearance Monday. The Dodge County District Attorney’s Office filed homicide charges Friday against 30 year old Kriscilla McHenry in the death of 43 year old Michael Soeller. According to a criminal complaint, Soeller was stabbed 38 times at his Town of Fox Lake apartment. The complaint also says that McHenry claims Soeller sexually assaulted her. McHenry is also charged in a separate case with automobile theft. Investigators believe McHenry stole the victim’s vehicle after leaving his apartment August 19th.
