A Milwaukee woman accused of killing a Town of Fox Lake man in August has made her initial Dodge County Circuit Court appearance. Bail was set at 500 thousand dollars cash for 30 year old Kriscilla McHenry. She’s charged with first degree intentional homicide in the death of 43 year old Michael Soeller. According to a criminal complaint, Soeller was stabbed 38 times at his Town of Fox Lake apartment. The complaint also says that McHenry claims Soeller sexually assaulted her. McHenry is also charged in a separate case with automobile theft. Investigators believe McHenry stole the victim’s vehicle after leaving his apartment August 19th. A preliminary hearing on the murder charge has been scheduled for January 8th.
