12-29-14 serious injury accident closes hwy 33 in dodge county

Two people were seriously injured in a two vehicle accident in Dodge County.  Shortly before 7pm Sunday rescue personnel were called to the scene near the intersection of  State Highway 33 and County Highway AY in the town of Herman.  One of the vehicles burst into flames and the fire was quickly extinguished.   Two occupants received what were described as life-threatening injuries.  Highway 33 was closed  near the scene. 12-29-14 dodge county homicide suspect to appear in court monday

A Milwaukee woman accused of killing a town of Fox Lake man in August is scheduled to make her initial Dodge County Circuit Court  appearance Monday.  The Dodge County District Attorney's Office  filed homicide charges Friday  against 30 year old Kriscilla McHenry in the death of 43 year old Michael Soeller. According to a criminal complaint, Soeller was stabbed 38 times at his Town of Fox Lake apartment.  The complaint […]

A heads up for motorists.  County Road “V” – Reinzi Road will be closed between National Avenue and Brookfield Boulevard this week.  The closure is expect to last Monday and Tuesday to fix a broken sewer pipe.  There will be no detour posted.

(AP) — The state Department of Natural Resources is looking to lease private land in southeastern Wisconsin to give turkey hunters more room to roam this spring.  Under the DNR's pilot Turkey Hunting Access program, leases are good until May 29th, 2016.
