A Fond du Lac man convicted of robbing the Speedway gas station on West Johnson Street is going to prison. Fond du Lac judge Dale English sentenced 59 year old Paul Tennis Jr. to three years in prison followed by three years extended supervision. Tennis was also ordered to pay restitution and write a letter of apology. Tennis pleaded no contest last fall to an amended charge of robbery with the use of force.
