A Fond du Lac man arrested in a shooting incident has been convicted as part of a plea agreement. At a hearing Wednesday afternoon 22 year old James Tucker Junior pleaded no contest to reckless injury. Charges of attempted homicide and aggravated battery were dismissed and read into the record. Tucker was accused of shooting at a nother man outside an apartment complex last September. A 19 year old Chicago man was injured:. Assistant police chief Steve Klein says Tucker allegedly fired multiple rounds with one bullet striking the victim in the leg. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered. The charge carries a maximum prison sentence of 25 years.
