A Waupun man accused of beating a pregnant woman has been bound over for trial. At a hearing Friday 21 year old Zachary Disbrow entered pleas of not guilty to charges of false imprisonment, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, all with a domestic abuse penalty enhancer. Waupun police were called to a Fond du Lac Street apartment on Jan. 19 for a report of a domestic abuse incident. According to a criminal complaint Disbrow grabbed the woman and threatened to throw her down the stairs. Disbrow told police he gently grabbed the woman, knowing she was almost five months pregnant.
