3-26-15 photo id-federal appeals court

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A federal appeals court says that since Wisconsin does not plan to enforce a photo identification requirement for the April 7th election, it does not need to consider extending a judicial block to the law. The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday declared that a request from the American Civil Liberties Union for the law to be stayed was moot.
