SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (AP) — A Sheboygan man has been sentenced to four years in prison for selling heroin that resulted in an overdose death. Twenty-three-year-old Taylor Shannon will also spend six years on supervision for first-degree reckless homicide. Thirty-year-old Kael Klassen died of an overdose last April in Sheboygan. Detectives say they found numerous texts on Klassen’s phone from a phone number belonging to Shannon. Klassen had just returned days before from a rehab facility where he was being treated for opiate addiction.
