4-16-15 dodge county burglary suspect convicted

One of two suspects convicted for a string of daytime burglaries in Dodge County in November and December of 2013 is going to prison.   Dodge County Circuit Court Judge Brian Pfitzinger sentenced 33 year old Nicholas Dambruch to 12 years of initial confinement and 12 years of extended supervision, as well as a withheld probation term of 4 years. In October, Dambruch pleaded guilty to four counts of party to the crime of burglary as a repeater. Also charged in the case is 22 year old Kassie Gehler. She has pleaded no contest to four counts of party to the crime of burglary, and a sentencing hearing has been scheduled in July. The pair is accused of breaking into homes in Mayville, Columbus, Lomira, and Iron Ridge during the day and stealing valuables while the homeowners were away.
