A jury trial is underway in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court this week for a Milwaukee man charged in connection with the heroin overdose death of a Fond du lac woman. Roy Whitelow is charged with first degree reckless homicide in the death of Heather Fugate. He was arrested almost two years ago. Investigators believe Whitelow supplied the heroin that led to Fugate’s death. During opening statements Whitelow’s attorney told the jury the evidence will show that nobody saw Whitelow give heroin to Fugate. The trial is scheduled through Friday.
