5-16-15 deadly fire in waupun-victim identified

Authorities have identified the man killed in an apartment fire in Waupun.  Waupun Fire Chief B.J DeMaa says the victim has been identified as 54 year old Todd Conn.  He was found dead in his apartment.  DeMaa
