Authorities have identified the man killed in an apartment fire in Waupun. Waupun Fire Chief B.J DeMaa says the victim has been identified as 54 year old Todd Conn. He was found dead in his apartment. DeMaa says the state fire marshal is involved in the investigation but the cause is not believed to be suspicious. Firefighters were called to an apartment building on West Brown Street about 10pm Thursday. The Waupun Food Pantry is taking donations to help the displaced residents.. A police officer was treated for smoke inhalation.
