A jury trial for a Fond du Lac woman charged in the murder of her husband has been postponed. The trial for 38 year old Eve Nance ws scheduled to begin June 1st. The trial was delayed after the defense attorney said an expert witness needed more time to evaluate Nance and review the case. The 38 year old Nance is accused of shooting Timothy Nance in their Fond du Lac home and dumping his body in a wooded area in Milwaukee. His body was found on Thanksgiving Day, 2013. A new trial date is expected to be scheduled at a May 26th hearing.
