Two area legislators are trying to get the state to change the location of where two convicted child sex offenders are placed when they are released from prison next week.  State  Sen. 5-29-15 melting bee hives apparently start fire that destroys alto barn

Nobody was injured in a fire that destroyed a barn in the town of Waupun.  Firefighters say the blaze Thursday apparently started by melting old bee hives in a barn at the Katherine and Brian Emmer residence on Hemp Road near Alto.  The home owner said he was melting old bee hives and forgot to shut the burner off.

5-29-15 analysis finds voucher expansion could cost public schools $800 million

MADISON, Wis. 5-29-15 authorities say kewaskum woman suffered medical condition prior to crash

Kewaskum authorities believe a medical condition was the cause of a one vehicle traffic accident in which the driver subsequently died. On Sunday night, emergency personnel were dispatched to the Kewaskum Citgo on Fond du Lac Ave, for a traffic accident where a vehicle left the roadway and struck the sign of the business.
