Two people were injured in a motorcycle versus car accident Saturday evening in Washington County. The crash happened on Highway 28 just east of the Village of Kewaskum. The Washington County Sheriff’s Department says an eastbound car driven by a 31-year old Town of Kewaskum woman was turning into a driveway and turned directly into the path of the westbound motorcycle, which was operated by a 53-year old Town of Farmington man and his 51-year old wife was a passenger. Neither the motorcycle operator nor the passenger was wearing a helmet and both were ejected from the motorcycle. The Farmington man was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital and later transferred to Froedtert Hospital. The Farmington woman was transported by Flight for Life Helicopter to Froedtert Hospital. The accident remains under investigation.
