KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — Kenosha police who responded to a burglary call got a little surprise: They arrived to find the suspect hog-tied with a hose. The incident happened Friday. Jerril Grover says he was in his basement when he heard a noise. He went upstairs and found someone hanging halfway inside a window. Grover is a high school wrestling coach. He says his adrenaline kicked in. He hit the man on the head with a vase then took him to the ground. He then took a nearby hose and hog-tied the man. Twenty-two-year old Philip Tabili Jr. is charged with burglary, theft and disorderly conduct. Online court records don’t list an attorney who could comment on Tabili’s behalf.
