The 4th annual Celebrate Waupun festival gets underway this afternoon. Waupun mayor Kyle Clark says Celebrate Waupun runs July 2nd through the fourth at Tanner Park. Clark says a number of events are on tap including music, a carnival and all-american lumberjack show. The event culminates with a Fourth of July fireworks show.
