Bail has been set at $500,000 for an Oshkosh man accused of sexually assaulting four children when he lived in Ripon in the 1990s. Chris Ziemer made his initial Fond du Lac court appearance on four counts of repeated sexual assault of a child and one count of sexual assault of a child younger than 13. According to a criminal complaint two of the alleged victims are Ziemer’s nieces. All of the alleged victims are now adults. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
