An Illinois woman charged with neglect in connection with the death of her infant son has waived her preliminary hearing in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court. Airealle Smart was bound over for trial on charges of neglecting a child and neglecting a child causing death. Police say Smart and her boyfriend were visiting friends at the Maplewood Commons apartments earlier this month when the incident occurred. Police are looking for Daniel Griffin who is accused of killing the 14 month old boy and seriously injuring the boy’s twin by standing on both children.
