An Oshkosh man accused of sexually assaulting four children when he lived in Ripon in the 1990s has been bound over for trial. Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing Thursday afternoon for Chris Ziemer. Ziemer is charged with multiple counts of repeated sexual assault of a child. All of the alleged victims are now adults. Ziemer is being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail on $500,000 cash bond.
