GERMANTOWN, Wis. (AP) — Forecasters say a weak tornado touched down in Washington County, but there were no injuries or significant damage. The National Weather Service classified the tornado as an EF0, which developing Monday afternoon near Germantown. Several people in the area watched as the funnel began forming. Jason Brandenburg says he could tell it was a lot more than a low-hanging rain cloud. It started dropping down and forming right in front of Brandenburg and his family. And as quickly as it touched down, the funnel was gone.
