8-13-15 two suspects arrested in rash of waupun garage entries

Waupun police say two individuals involved in a one vehicle crash this week are suspects in a rash of garage burglaries in Waupun.  Earlier this week Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report that a vehicle had run off the road at Esterbrook and Rogersville Roads. The driver, Brittany Hopp and a passenger, Daniel Stolze, were taken into custody.   Waupun deputy police chief, Scott Louden, told WFDL news a stolen Xbox and stolen tools were found in the vehicle.   Louden says the pair admitted to being involved in at least five garage entries in Waupun.  Police say the pair may have been involved in recent thefts to purchase drugs.
