The Fond du Lac Area Foundation will be holding its annual “Celebration of Giving” dinner by recognizing many of the people and accomplishments that have been made in the last 40 years by the Fond du Lac Area Foundation. These accomplishments have only been possible because of the vision and integrity of its founders and to the extraordinary philanthropic spirit of the people of the Fond du Lac area. A gala celebration will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 9th at South Hills Golf and Country Club. Tickets for the event are $40 per person or $320 for a table of eight. The annual awards for outstanding philanthropic support of our community will be a surprise this year. The Foundation will also be paying special tribute to many people during the evening. Foundation Executive Director Sandi Roehrig said, “It is such an honor to be celebrating 40 years in the community and also being able to have the opportunity to thank so many of the people and organizations that have helped make us the asset to the community that we are today.”
