A Fond du Lac man accused of providing drugs to two boys and sexually assaulting them has been charged. James Rasmussen made his initial Fond du Lac court appearance Wednesday on charges of first degree sexual assault of a child, exposing genitals to a child, and three counts of delivery of marijuana. Judge Peter Grimm set bail at $100,000 cash. One of the alleged victims was 11 years old. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 12th.
