A Milwaukee man faces charges following a rollover crash in Dodge County that sent three young children to the hospital. Dodge County Sheriff Dale Schmidt says the crash happened Sunday on Highway 41 in the town of Lomira. Schmidt says the young kids were not properly restrained in the vehicle. The driver, 30 year old Tory Agnew, of Milwaukee was arrested for operating while intoxicated and the crash remains under investigation. Meanwhile Schmidt says the investigation continues into the death of a teenager who was struck and killed by a pick-up truck. The victim has been identified as 17 year old Lukas Jaeger of Juneau. Schmidt says the victim was with a group of kids walking in a ditch along the road Sunday night when a pickup driven by 20 year old Cody Buechel of Beaver Dam drove off the roadway into the ditch striking Jaeger. Schmidt says September has been a deadly month on county roads and says most of the crashes could have been prevented.
