Republican congressman Glenn Grothman says he believes Governor Scott Walker had to end his short-lived presidential bid because his campaign ran out of money. “What we now know is that he was very deeply in debt,” Grothman told AM 1170 WFDL’s Between the Lines program. “Scott Walker is a very bright guy but there’s a first time for everybody and everybody the first time you do something you make mistakes and I think Scott let himself be talked into by this Washington class of spending way too much money and hiring way too many consultants.” Grothman says Donald Trump is on top of the polls because he has been out in front on issues the other candidates seem afraid to address. He says he hasn’t decided yet who he will endorse for president.
