MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Two of the three judges running for a 10-year term on the Wisconsin Supreme Court say they won’t seek an appointment by Gov. Scott Walker to fill out the final 10 months of Justice Patrick Crooks’ term. State Appeals Court Judge JoAnne Kloppenburg and Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Joe Donald both say they will not apply by Friday’s deadline to be appointed by Walker. Appeals Court Judge Rebecca Bradley has not said whether she will apply.
