MADISON, Wis. (AP) — State Appeals Court Judge Rebecca Bradley has applied to be appointed to the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Bradley says she applied for the appointment to complete the final 10 months on Justice Patrick Crooks’ term. He died in his office last week. Bradley is among three judges who are also running for a full term on the court. The other judges, Milwaukee County Circuit judge, Joe Donald and Appeals Court judge, JoAnn Kloppenburg, did not apply for the vacancy.
