MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A dorm director at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse has sent an email to residents giving tips on how to give women orgasms. Drake Hall Director Jude Legiste sent the message on Sept. 30 saying he wants to be honest about what he calls “the orgasm deficit.” Legiste said Monday he was trying to start a conversation about how women are treated but did it in a very inappropriate way and apologized to the residents. University officials have reprimanded Legiste.
