MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The state Senate has approved a bill that would make secretly taking a photo of someone’s body parts a stand-alone felony. District attorneys typically prosecute it as a misdemeanor invasion of privacy. The bipartisan bill would make upskirting a felony punishable by up to 3½ years in prison. The measure goes to Governor Scott Walker for his signature.
