The Department of Public Works would like to inform motorists of the closure of Military Road between 9th Street and Hickory Street. The closure will begin Monday, October 26th and remain closed 3 to 5 days. The street will be closed to allow the railroad to make repairs to the railroad crossing and approaches on Military Road. Local traffic to businesses and schools will be allowed. Motorists are encouraged to find an alternate route as there will not be a signed detour.
