A 34 year old Oshkosh man was killed in a one vehicle crash in Fond du Lac County. The victim has been identified as Joshua Francis Stuhr. The state patrol says shortly before 9pm Saturday a Nissan Maxima was reported to be traveling at a high rate of speed northbound on US 45 just south of Subway Road when the driver lost control, and the vehicle slid sideways and crashed into a tree. Investigators say alcohol appears to be a factor. The crash remains under investigation.
