A Fond du Lac man accused of threatening an ex girlfriend with a gun at a nail salon has copped a plea. As part of the agreement 19 year old Jerry Yang pleaded no contest to a charge of second degree recklessly endangering safety. Charges of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct were dismissed and read into the record. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for February 29th. Police say the incident occurred Friday August 28th when Yang entered the Sky Nails Salon near the Festival Foods grocery store, displayed a weapon and made suicidal comments. According to a criminal complaint Yang and his girlfriend who works at the nail salon had broken off their relationship earlier in the day.
