12-31-15 waupun man charged with sexually assaulting toddler faces new child porn charges

A Waupun man charged with sexually assaulting a three year old boy is now also facing child pornography charges after authorites found images and videos of child porn on his computer. 27 year old Robert Moungey made his initial Dodge County Circuit Court appearance Tuesday on two counts of possession of child pornography. Bail was set at 50 thousand dollars cash and a preliminary hearing has been scheduled for January 7^th. In July, Moungey pleaded not guilty to a charge of first degree sexual assault of a child, and a jury trial is scheduled to begin January 25th. In that case, police learned of the alleged abuse from Moungey’s wife, 25 year old Cassandra Scheuers. Scheuers is also accused of sexually assaulting the three year old and is charged with first degree sexual assault of a child.
