Appeals Court judge JoAnne Kloppenburg will square off against Rebecca Bradley in the race for Wisconsin Supreme Court in April. They were the top vote getters in Tuesday’s primary election with Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Joe Donald finishing third. Governor Scott Walker appointed Bradley to the court following the September death of N. Patrick Crooks. Kloppenburg and Bradley both said their impartiality makes them uniquely suited for the job. Bradley is the conservatives’ pick who would further tip the court’s balance in that direction.
