2-28-16 fdl man arrested in armed standoff bound over for trial

A Fond du Lac man arrested following an armed standoff over the weekend has been bound over for trial.    Probable cause was found at a preliminary hearing  Friday for Anthony Miotke on charges of  battery, disorderly conduct and bail jumping.  Police say Miotke got into an argument with a woman at a North Marr Street residence earlier this month, armed himself with a knife  and barricaded himself in the bathroom.  He eventually surrendered without further incident after the police SWAT team was called.  Nobody was hurt.
