A second person has been charged in connection with the heroin overdose death of a Fond du Lac County man. Javon Wilson of Milwaukee made his initial Fond du Lac court appearance Thursday on charges of reckless homicide and manufacture-delivery of heroin. Bail was set at $50,000 cash. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for March 25th. Last week, 23 year old Angelique Kannenberg , was charged with the same offenses. Wilson is accused of providing the heroin that Kannenberg gave to Joshua Wille. Wille died of a heroin overdose last July at a town of Taycheeda residence.
