A Fond du Lac man convicted of arson nearly a decade ago is going back to prison. Jamie Schwartz was convicted of arson in 2007 and sentenced to 18 months in prison and two years of extended supervision. He was also placed on probation for six years. Schwartz was convicted of setting fire to an RV. He was back in court last week for sentencing after his probation was revoked. Judge Dale English sentenced Schwartz to another 18 months behind bars. District attorney Eric Toney says Schwartz allegedly violated several terms of his probation including possessing firearms and marijuana.
