3-28-16 fdl man killed in car crash identified

Authorities have identified the victim of a one vehicle rollover crash in Fond du lac.  Assistant Police Chief Steve Thiry says 33 year old Christopher Chapman was pronounced dead at the scene on County Highway V near Hampton Avenue.  Thiry says an initial investigation indicates that shortly before 9:30pm Thursday Chapman was traveling northbound on County Highway V near Hampton Ave. when his vehicle left the roadway and rolled over.   Chapman was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.  The Wisconsin State Patrol responded to the scene to assist with the investigation of the accident.   Slippery roads may have been a factor in the crash.
