MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A Democratic congressman from Wisconsin will not say which presidential candidate who he voted for in the state’s primary. U.S. Representative Mark Pocan is also one of 10 super delegates who can cast a vote at the party’s convention for either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders, regardless of who won the Wisconsin primary.
