Some schools closed early today and others have cancelled afternoon and evening activities as a strong cold front moves in. A wind advisory is in effect for the listening area until midnight. National Weather Service meteorologist Ben Herzog says there could be wind gusts as high as 50 miles an hour. The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says there have been some crashes on slippery roads this afternoon including a rollover crash near Campbellsport.
