Two people wer rescued after their truck partially broke through the ice on Lake Winneconne.  The incident happened Sunday night shortly before 10:30 p.m. near the Trauba Road boat landing.  Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office Lt. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — An advisory committee is getting ready to finalize its recommendations for revisions to Wisconsin's long-term chronic wasting disease program.  The Department of Natural Resources adopted a 15-year plan in 2010.
