Spectrum customers in the Fond du Lac area experienced a video, internet, and phone outage due to a fiber cut caused by an unaffiliated company doing roadwork. The fiber cut occurred in the Fond du Lac area, just after 7:00 a.m. Friday. This cut impacted customers in (and around) Fond du Lac, Door County, Sheboygan and West Bend. Services were restored gradually, throughout the morning, as the fiber repairs were made. Repairs were completed just after 10:00 a.m.
